Welcome to the MINDEF Library & Information Centre.

The Library serves as a strategic knowledge hub, providing access to a comprehensive range of information resources in support of research, education, and professional development for both uniformed and civilian personnel of the Ministry of Defence and the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.

Our collections are accessible both on-site and online and are further supported through our network of MLIC Links. In addition, we offer a variety of library services and facilities designed to meet the diverse needs of our members.

Our team is committed to delivering responsive and professional support by assisting members in initiating research, identifying relevant information resources, and maximising the use of our collections, services, and facilities.
